A premium brand five star hotel of 800 rooms in Macau is seeking an outstanding individual to join the team as Manager/Assistant Manager, Reservation. Prior Macau hotel experience is an advantage.
Manager/Assistant Manager, Reservation
Responsibilities:
• Attend to enquiries for apartment, take booking and confirm reservation.
• Observe proper yield management in order to achieve set budgets and maximize occupancy rates.
• Maintains the established code of standards, efficiency and professionalism at reservations.
• Provides and generates all statistical reports pertaining to reservations as well as occupancy forecast.
• Supports the Guest Service and attends to walk-in potential guest.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
