The Job Responsibilities :
Managing the whole merchandisng function from busniess development to end products
Fabric, trimmings sourcing and development, price negotiation and order allocation
Monitoring and implementing suppliers' network, service and quality standard
Leading the merchandising members to develop high performance team and establish strategies to support company direction
The Job Requirements :
- Polytechnic or Degree in Clothing or relevant qualification
- Over 5 years merchandising experience for ladies' trendy fashion
- Strong product knowledge, merchandising follow up from material sourcing to production
- Good leadership, strong sourcing and negotiation skills, energetic and result oriented
