Our client copes with its rapid expansion plans. It is seeking for professional candidate for the following position. |

| Responsibilities - Oversee and supervise the day-to-day operations activities to maximize the profit of all outlets
- Review, develop and implement strategies
- To be well organised and systemic to improve the overall standards of the products and services
- Maintaining all control points in handling the purchasing and manpower functions in the outlets
Requirements - Degree holder in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Catering or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years solid experience in Catering / Fast Food Industry with at least 3 years in supervisory & management level
- Strong leadership, initiative, creativity and problem solving abilities
- Excellent communication in both English and Chinese wtih good interpersonal skills
