OPERATION MANAGER

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and supervise the day-to-day operations activities to maximize the profit of all outlets
  • Review, develop and implement strategies
  • To be well organised and systemic to improve the overall standards of the products and services
  • Maintaining all control points in handling the purchasing and manpower functions in the outlets

 Requirements

  • Degree holder in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Catering or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years solid experience in Catering / Fast Food Industry with at least 3 years in supervisory & management level
  • Strong leadership, initiative, creativity and problem solving abilities
  • Excellent communication in both English and Chinese wtih good interpersonal skills
