Operations Officer (Assistant Manager Grade)
Our client is one of the fastest growing banks in Macau, and they are inviting high caliber candidates for Operations Officer position. Multiple vacancies available:
Main Responsibilities :
- Handle and supervise general operations of the banking center to ensure that regulatory compliance and the Bank's policies and procedures are strictly adhered
- Coach and supervise associates at counter and operations to ensure efficiency and smooth running of the banking center
- Cross-sell consumer banking products and make sales referrals
- Ensure that the quality and performance standard at the frontline are delivered to the desirable result and mystery shop requirement
- Perform other service-related duties as assigned by the banking center manager
Requirements :
- Minimum 6 years of experience in branch operations in which 3 years are at supervisory level
- Familiar with consumer banking products and operation procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure
- Good spoken English and Cantonese, with Putonghua an advantage
- Excellent command of MS Word and Excel
