Project Scheduling Engineer

International Engineering Consulting Company, based in Macau Center is searching for a Project Scheduling Engineer.

Responsibilities:

- Define the most appropriate work breakdown structure and define with the Team Leaders the sufficient time for the design, construction and T&C periods

- Define with the client the sufficient time to carry out its obligation: approval, administrative procurement period…

- Manage procedure for change or revision in the Master Schedule Project

- Prepare detailed construction schedule for work encompassed in the project.

- Incorporate the Contractors' programs of works into the Master Schedule Project and prepare reports with all the required information to effectively manage the overall Master Schedule Project.

- Provide, maintain and update monthly the current integrated rolling schedule for the project

- Establish a Project Control system, present a global and detailed view of project information, provide procedural guidance for common procedures, prepare and issue checklists for action, document activities, record detail, track progress, report to the client.

- Monitor the Design/Construction/T&C timeframe in respect of the deliverables associated with the agreed Design/Construction/T&C program and provide immediate advice in the event their progress may affect the Project overall completion date or milestone objectives together with recommended remedial action

- Attend the scheduling/Interface meeting between contractors and the client, record the minutes of meetings

Requirements :

- College graduate or above

- Scheduling background

- Working experience within engineering / construction field preferred

- Perfect command of both speaking and writing in English and Chinese. Portuguese is a bonus

- Proficiency in general PC applications (MS project, Internet, E-mail, MS office)

- Well–organized, efficient, self-motivated, able to work in an international team and independently
