Sales & Marketing Manager
- Degree holder in Sales & Marketing Management, Real Estate, Surveying or relevant subjects
- Min.8 years related experience from one of the sizable property developers, with at least 2 years experience at senior management level is preferable
-A strategic thinker with demonstrated experience in managing and directing Sales Team to meet sales goals and revenue growth.
- Strong practical experience & good explosive in retailing leasing & marketing development.
- Fully accountable for the budgeting, profit & loss, as well as the overall success of the accountable regions
- Skillful in people management, organization and leadership in a fast moving customer focused environment.
- Excellent communication. Speak English, Chinese and Mandarin.
