Property Valuer
Job Requirements:
l Visiting, inspecting and measuring land and property
l Conduct residential valuations to a quality standard as per allocated requests
l Offering advice on acquisition, disposal and investment to clients, who may range from private individuals to large organisations;
l Producing accurate, detailed written reports
l Good interpersonal and communication skills.
l Independent worker and a team player
l Providing good customer service to new and existing clients
l Property knowledge or experience will be an advantage
