Restaurant Manager

• Must have a proven relevant experience. Being able to manage a specialised Thai Asian Restaurant with specialised Thai Asian kitchen and highly skilled Thai chefs.
•  Having an extensive knowledge of Thai food, oriental food, Thai beverages (Thai beer, Thai wine, etc)
• Overall supervision of the restaurant functions, cost control, customer service & welfare, impressing and generating more customers, keeping within budget limit, staff rotas, staff training and co-ordination with the front of house staff and Thai kitchen staff.
• The candidates with less experience will considered to be Assistant Restaurant Manager
