Job Description

Responsibilities,

·         Establish “Go-to-Market” system, create a long and short term business plan and budget for On and Off channel

·         Lead and Manage and provide support to Distribution Partner and its commercial team

·         Develop the trade strategy (key account, chain stores, impulse, general trade and day on-premise and off premise) and establish regional structure to support system

·         Negotiate and sign contracts with national Key Accounts on all joint business plan

·         Recommend right value chain, right price and price execution in the trade

·         Develop and implement efficient tailored trade promotions schemes for all channels, which will drive growth of distribution, sales volume and visibility

·         Coordinate, execute and leverage on all national activities and programs

·         Monitors competitors’ activities (pricing, products, sales system, etc.)

·         Participate in pricing and promotion

·         Ensure individual sales plans and supervise execution by sales force

 

Requirements,

·         Hold a University degree or equivalent higher education qualification

·         Experienced in managing distribution partner in an FMCG company

·         Experienced in negotiation at senior level with key customers

·         Experienced in territory management & supervision of the sales force

·         Strong English communication skills

·         Macau ID Holder ONLY
