Sales Manager – Hotel (Macao ID holder only)

 

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maximizing sales channels.

  • Host prospective clients and customers visiting;
  • Maintain close contacts with agents, meeting planners, corporate clients, wholesalers and destination management consultants to ensure customer retention; 
  • Produce weekly and monthly group booking reports and analysis;
  • To proactively identify and develop new sales channels;
  • Develop promotional, incentive and awareness programs with key influences and target market segments;
  • Develop methods for tracking program results and submit weekly and monthly reports as required;
  • To design and develop sales and promotional tools (collateral, presentations, promotional items, packages, etc.);
  • Develop and maintain sales database and contact files;
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the group sales market and key players, including an understanding of competitors' products and pricing;

 

Requirements,

  • Diploma in a related field or a University Degree in Marketing or Business is preferred;
  • Five to seven years' related sales experience, preferably including one year of hotel sales;
  • Good knowledge of the Chinese Market (Mainland);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills as well as the ability to persuade others;  
  • Must be fluent in both English and Cantonese (ad preferably Mandarin)
  • A highly flexible and adaptable personality;
