Senior Accountant

Responsible / Accountable

·         Encoding sale and purchase invoices;

·         Encoding the bank statements;

·         Update and encode  the investment files - calculation of depreciation;

·         Update and encode the received invoices and calculate the provisions;

·         Carry out the preparatory work for the annual closure;

·         Update and encode the outgoing deferred files - calculation of the provisions;

·         Prepare monthly, the justification of the accounts;

·         Manage the various deposits;

·         Encode various operations (including the wages) relating to the cost accounting of the company;

·         Prepare VAT declarations of the companies;

·         Prepare the appendices of the tax declarations;

·         Control the application of the procedures: purchase order procedures;

·         Ensure the accountancy daily administration of the company;

·         Follow-up of the accounting administration’s transactions.

Qualifications:

·         University degree.

·         Three years of experience as an accountant.

Other Skills

·         Experience with Macau’s local and legal practices;

·         Fluent in English (Written, Spoken);

·         Fluent in Cantonese (Written, Spoken);
