Senior Manager – Compliance
Our client is an international bank who is looking for a high caliber candidate as Senior Manager – Compliance.
Job description:
· Develop, enhance and implement the testing program which identifies compliance risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, policies and procedures.
· Remain current on industry rules, regulations and best practices to help ensure that the examination and surveillance programs meet regulatory standards.
· Understand the Bank’s products, services, customers
· Coordinate with and monitor different departments in the Bank to ensure compliance with laws, rules, policies and procedures
· Avoid the anti - money laundering activities in the Branch
Job requirement:
· Bachelor degree in law, accounting or related major
· Candidates must be familiar with the current suite of banking regulations and have a sense of industry best practices.
· At least 5 years experience at a government agency, or in a regulatory, compliance, or business capacity at a large bank
· Excellent organizational skills: problem solving, decision making, multi-taskingand employeerelations.
· Good command of English, Cantonese; the candidate who can speak fluent Mandarin or Portuguese is highly preferred
