International Financial Service Provider is looking for a Senior Relationship Officer /Relationship Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute in achieving the agreed team targets
- Perform risk management tasks such as daily excess monitoring, with immediate action to resolve any unexplained excesses
- Actively participate in helping relationship managers to gather data from customer & expedite all credit applications from the Branch to Risk Management Group in Head Office
- Handle daily customer enquiries
- Follow up on any cross-selling opportunities
- Work together with the Operations Team for the execution of all customer instructions
- Ensure all KYC, AML and other compliance requirements are fulfilled when executing all customer instructions
- Support daily administrative duties for the team and perform secretarial duties for the sales team leader when necessary
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business, Finance or related disciplines
- Preferred minimum 1 year experience gained in an international banking environment
- Good telephone manner & confident in handling customer enquiries
- Demonstrate potential to develop financial analytical skills
- Well-organized and able to work under pressure.
- A Good team player
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
