Senior Sales Manager-Paper/Pulp

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for management of regional business activities, setting goals, development and delivery of strategic objectives, and optimizing regional business opportunities to achieve sales targets, growth and market share
  • Develop, manage and strengthen customer base/accounts
  • Develop market and business intelligence; formulate & implement strategies, programs and plans.
  • Manage & lead a team of sales personnel
  • Take lead in negotiation and make presentations to various third parties

 

Requirements

  • Masters / Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sciences, Engineering of a reputable university
  • Strong leadership qualities with a minimum of 8 years Senior Sales level experience with good exposure in regional or international business
  • Experience / knowledge of printing & writing, pulp and paper-related products
  • Possess experience in managing large accounts in industrial selling
  • Good analytical and organizational skills  
  • Highly motivated by challenges, results driven, and able to think out-of-the box
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strategic mindset and is hands-on
