SENIOR SALES MANAGER-PAPER/PULP
Senior Sales Manager-Paper/Pulp Responsibilities - Responsible for management of regional business activities, setting goals, development and delivery of strategic objectives, and optimizing regional business opportunities to achieve sales targets, growth and market share
- Develop, manage and strengthen customer base/accounts
- Develop market and business intelligence; formulate & implement strategies, programs and plans.
- Manage & lead a team of sales personnel
- Take lead in negotiation and make presentations to various third parties
Requirements - Masters / Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sciences, Engineering of a reputable university
- Strong leadership qualities with a minimum of 8 years Senior Sales level experience with good exposure in regional or international business
- Experience / knowledge of printing & writing, pulp and paper-related products
- Possess experience in managing large accounts in industrial selling
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Highly motivated by challenges, results driven, and able to think out-of-the box
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strategic mindset and is hands-on
