Job responsibilities:
· Assist in design, formulate & deliver training courses from junior to supervisory staff
· Conduct training in customer service and other related area.
· Deliver, prepare and update all training materials
· Plan and execute of training classes related to sales & customer service
· Review training materials and modify the topics and presentation to raise audiences interest Job requirements
Requirements
· Degree holder in Human Resources / Training / Psychology or other related discipline
· Minimum 3 years solid training and development experience, with MNC background will be an advantage
· Hands-on training experience in conducting customer service training and other related training.
· Solid experience in training needs analysis, career development & customer service training Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin and Cantonese
· Macau resident
