Responsibilities:
· L2 application support for casino management system products
· Customer requirements gathering and systems implementation
· Implement product enhancements and bug fixes
· Troubleshoot customer issues
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years experience in software development
· Visual Studio .NET and SQL programming experience
· Good analysis and troubleshooting skills
· Good understanding of the software development cycle
· Solution-oriented and customer driven
· Good written and verbal skills in English and Chinese
