Technical Manager


 

 

Responsibilities

·         Manage regional systems support team.

·         Manage installations and upgrades of systems products.

·         Improve and maintain customer satisfaction of company support services.

·         Manage pre and post sales technical support.

·         Manage customer technical training.

·         Manage internal IT support.

 

Requirement:

·         Bachelor’s degree  in Engineering or equivalent.

·         5+ Years experience in computer systems or business applications support, troubleshooting and analyzing problems.

·         5+ Years Customer Support experience is required.

·         Minimum of 3 years managerial/supervisory experience is required.

·         Excellent people management skills and leadership.

·         Excellent communication and customer facing skills.

·         Experience in project management.

·         Background in IT or related industry.

·         Understanding of casino operations is a plus.
