Technical Manager
Our client is a real estate property developer with an expanding portfolio across all asset classes.
They are currently seeking a Property Technical Manager for overseeing technical services and daily operations of Hong Kong properties.
Job duties:
Implement and supervise improvement projects
Liaise with relevant government authorities and public bodies
Prepare annual maintenance budget
set up and review relevant operations policies and training for staff
Review and monitor the performance of maintenance contractors, suppliers and technical team's staff
Recommend, prepare and review preventive maintenance schedule as well as arrange and monitor the maintenance work for the designated property portfolio
Requirements:
Degree holder in Electrical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 8 years' relevant working experience of which 5 years at a managerial capacity
Experience gained in property management companies will be an advantage
Strong leadership, presentation and problem solving skills
Responsible, self disciplined and able to work under pressure
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
