Technical Officer/Technical Support Engineer (Radio Field Operations)
Our client a leading telecommunication vendor is looking for the following candidates for their newly opened office in Macau Technical Officer / Engineer Trainee / Junior Engineer (Radio Field Operation) Responsibilities - Troubleshooting of Field Telecom Equipments, mainly radio base station.
- Taking actions on Work Order / Trouble Ticket.
- Corrective and Preventive maintenance of equipments (BSS/TXN/RAN)
- Manage spares, field maintenance tools and equipments.
- Provisioning of Field O&M scheduled reports.
- Customer complaint handling and resolution.
- Installation, commissioning of field site equipments.
- Hardware and Software up-gradation at field sites.
- Generate weekly reports for tasks carried out.
Requirements - Basic knowledge in GSM, 3G and IP.
- Basic knowledge on network field operation process.
- Basic written and spoken skill on English language.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics)
- Less than 1 year
Technical Support Engineer (Radio Field Operations) Responsibilities - Provide 2nd line techncial support for the field maintenance on Base Station and associated field elements.
- Troubleshooting of Field Telecom Equipments, mainly radio base station.
- Taking actions on Work Order / Trouble Ticket.
- Corrective and Preventive maintenance of equipments (BSS/TXN/RAN)
- Manage spares, field maintenance tools and equipments.
- Provisioning of Field O&M scheduled reports.
