Technical Support Engineer/Senior Technical Support Engineer-Network Operation Center
Our client a leading telecommunication vendor is looking for the following candidates for their newly opened office in Macau Engineer Trainee/Junior Engineer (NetworkOperationCenter, NOC) Responsibilities - Network surveillance on 7*24 basis;
- Monitor, analyze and clear all faults reported by these systems.
- Responsible for handling the trouble ticket (TT) system.
- Interface with Customer’s complaint.
- Analyze the faults and send them to proper escalation path, cooperate with engineers to solve the fault and make report.
- Generate weekly reports for tasks carried out.
Requirements - Basic knowledge in GSM, 3G and IP
- Basic knowledge on network operation center process.
- Basic written and spoken skill on English language.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics)
- 1 year exp or less
Technical Support Engineer/Senior Technical Support Engineer (NetworkOperationCenter, NOC) Responsibilities - Perform techncial support for the CS Core, PS Core, Radio Access, and Base Station and associated elements to the first line maintenance.
- Perform daily system health checks to ensure system is fault free and performing without any performance problems.
- Assist in alarm corrective activities to ensure performance related alarms are captured by the Front Office team.
- Analyze daily reports which include traffic report, busy hour report, signaling utilization report, network performance report, congestion report and etc.
- Management and perform software & hardware upgrade.
- Coordinate planned events with other section of Engineering and Planning.
- Perform operation, maintenance & development activities that provides improved performance.
- Monitor the performance of the BSC and BTS and provide proposals for upgrades.
Requirements - Moderate knowledge in GSM, 3G and IP.
- Moderate knowledge on network operation center process.
- Basic written and spoken skill on English language.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics)
- 1 year to 2 years experience for engineer
- 3 year to 4 years experience for senior engineer
