Training Manager

Job Specification

• Plan & design  all training programs in line with the hotel group standards
• Maximize training by providing a creative, fun and exciting environment in the delivery of training sessions
• Facilitate, monitor and oversee all departmental training programs
• Conduct needs analysis with department heads to assess specific learning & development needs

 Person Specification

• Degree holder in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Business Administration or Human Resources
• A Minimum of four years of experience in luxury HOTEL business in a supervisory/ management position within Training Department
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese / Mandarin, both verbal and written
