Training Manager
Our client is a well-known company in Macau. They are now hiring a high caliber candidate as Training Manager.
Job Description:
- Conduct learning needs analysis and evaluate training effectiveness
- Conduct a portfolio of training programs
- Coordinate and drive the making of departmental training manuals and guidebooks
- Liaise with external consultants and subject experts in related fields
- A minimum of 5 years’ training experience at mid management level
- Mature approach in learning methodologies and a good understanding of adult learning concepts
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Hospitality
