Our client is a well-known company in Macau. They are now hiring a high caliber candidate as Training Manager.
 
Job Description:
  • Conduct learning needs analysis and evaluate training effectiveness
  • Conduct a portfolio of training programs
  • Coordinate and drive the making of departmental training manuals and guidebooks
  • Liaise with external consultants and subject experts in related fields
  • A minimum of 5 years’ training experience at mid management level
  • Mature approach in learning methodologies and a good understanding of adult learning concepts
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Hospitality
