Position title: Visual Merchandising Manager
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist VP, Worldwide Visual Merchandising to direct the visual merchandising process across all company doors in Hong Kong and China.
- Establish visual merchandising concepts within up market retail environments.
- Management of luxury and bridge fashion brand visual identities within a department / concept store.
- Liaise and coordinate with vendors, operation managers and merchants in the implementation of promotional brand activities and visual retail executions.
- Manage and report monthly visual merchandising expenditure.
- Innovative thinking to maximize visual budget for return on investment and effective strategies to reduce operating costs.
- Ability to create an environment and ambience which not only encourages shopping, but positively influences sales and maximizes dollar return from floor space.
- Timely delivery and installation of display themes and promotions; visual merchandising and signage production.
Position Requirements:
Education:
Art Education in ArtSchool or related courses like Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Graphic design, Fine Arts etc.
Work Experience:
Art least 5 years of job experience in retail display or similar commercial art experiences. At least 2 years as VM Manager with good people management skills.
Critical Skills:
Fluent in English and Cantonese.
